I think it looks like a tornado. This image appears at the top of weekly emails I receive from the Burton Group IT consulting company. For years now I've been wondering why their publication promotions are illustrated with a scary image of an approaching tornado.

But I just realized. It's a tree. In a meadow. Those aren't dust clouds in the background, those are more trees. What a relief. I've been too afraid to read their papers. Now I can approach publications like "Putting Spam Back in the Can: SPF, Sender-ID, and the Battle to Stop Spam" and " Communications Convergence: The Power of Presence" without fear.
