The Farscape trailer is available over at the Apple site. Just a taste of it reminded me of how great that show was. What a miracle that they were able to write and film the end of the story.
If you didn't know it, Farscape was supposed to last five seasons, but at the end of the fourth season cliffhanger, the Science Fiction channel cancelled. So there we were, left without a resolution, and the internet message boards had posts liked "Well, they are striking the Moya set as I write. " If you've never seen it, I suggest you start renting it now so you'll be ready for the miniseries in October. All good science fiction explores the themes and stories of literature, but I think that Farscape did it better than anyone: better than Star Trek, better than Babylon 5, and far better than Star Wars.
