I don't do it often enough, but our City Council meetings are broadcast on the community television and if I watched them, I'd be able to enjoy laugh-a-minute evenings as was reported in the Santa Cruz Metro Nuz column last week. Scroll down to the bottom, "Waxing Expansive."
