  1. Lifting and releasing the shoulders:

It is an exercise which would help you in making your body more flexible and mobile. You have to lift your shoulder up and hold and release them downwards. The main advantage of this exercise is that it can bring great mobility to the upper half of your body.

  1. Exercise for shoulder and back:

The main benefit of this exercise is that the pectoral muscles would stretch and come back into the position. Moreover, it expands the heart as well. The blood circulation is improved in the upper half of the body as well.

To perform the exercise, you have to stand on your feet and try to move your hands behind your back and interlock the fingers. After that, as you are keeping the hands interlocked, you have to move your arms above your shoulders. You have to make sure that the position of the shoulder is stationary. As you move your hands up your head, you would feel that the muscles are the stretching. This would also enhance the blood circulation in the body. After that, you have to bring the hands down behind your back again and remove the interlock of your fingers. You can repeat this exercise 5 times in every set.

  1. Pectoral stretch:

If you’re suffering from the problem of tight pectoral muscles, this is the stretching exercise which you should follow on a regular basis. You have to keep one palm on the wall behind your back. You have to make sure that the hand is entirely straight and after that, you have to rotate your body in left and right direction without moving the palm, until you feel the stress on your arm as well as on your shoulders. You have to continue with this movement until you feel the stress increasing on your arm. After that, you have to bring the body back to the normal position. This would help you in loosening the pectoral muscles.
